The 2nd generation Mazda Familia was introduced in 1967 and now sold worldwide also called the Familia Presto, Mazda 1200 and 1300.
History
By November 1967 the first model was changed. The design now based on more roundness, the trend of the times. Also, the triangular window was abolished. July 1969 -Added rotary 4-door sedan SS and flat instrument panel with also a rotary coupe. October 1969 - Rotary TSS of T-type instrument panel was added to the sedan.
April 1970 the range received a facelift including the front grille. Presto name now also used car with minor changes in the domestic Japanese market and added into the entire Familia range.
