The Škoda Kodiaq GT is a crossover SUV made by the Czech car manufacturer Škoda Auto in the 2010s.

History

After the Kamiq, it is the second Koda model designed specifically for the Chinese market. The vehicle's first photographs were posted on October 17, 2018, and its official debut took place in Shanghai in November 2018 at the first China International Import Exhibition. koda debuted the five-door koda Vision E, a first look at an SUV coupe based on the Kodiaq, at the Auto Shanghai in April 2017. This prototype vehicle is powered entirely by electricity, with two electric motors producing a total output of 225 kW. (306 hp). The study's maximum speed is electrically limited to 180 km/h.

Other manufacturers offer in China crossover versions of their SUV models. Since 2015, the Haval H6 Coupe based on the Haval H6 or since 2016, the Mazda CX-4 based on the Mazda CX-5 is available. In other markets outside China, the Kodiaq GT should initially not be offered. 

Technically, the car is based on the introduced in 2017 Škoda Kodiaq . The crossover SUV is slightly shorter compared to the Kodiaq with a length of 4.634 m and a slightly flatter height of 1.649 m. Width and wheelbase are almost identical. Initially, a 162 kW (220 hp) two-liter gasoline engine with four-wheel drive is available for the Kodiaq GT . Shortly after followed variants with 110 kW (150 hp) or 137 kW (186 hp) and front-wheel drive .
