The DS7 Crossback is an SUV belonging to the French PSA group DS Automobiles first built since 2018.

History

The vehicle was unveiled on February 28, 2017 for the first time, had its public premiere at the 87th Geneva Motor Show in March 2017. Since then, the five-seater could be ordered, the first vehicles were delivered, however, until January 2018.

The SUV is built as well as the Opel Grandland X , the Peugeot 5008 II or the Citroën C5 Aircross on the EMP2 platform of the PSA Group. It is built in France and China . The DS7 Crossback is after the DS 6 , the second SUV of the brand and the first to be sold in Europe.

The DS7 Crossback was initially available with a gasoline engine in two power levels and two diesel engines in two power levels. In October 2018, the Paris Motor Show presented the 221 kW (300 hp) DS7 Crossback E-Tense plug-in hybrid version .  It is first sold in France and Switzerland in March of 2019.

Available between March 7, 2017 and December 31, 2017, the La Première Edition was only available with the two most powerful engines.
