Hathaway Motor Company was an American manufacturer of kit type automobiles. The brand name was Hathaway.

History

The company was founded in 1975 at San Diego, California. They made retro looking kit cars with a classic British look. Vintage Motor Works later continued the production. 

The model was called the Hunter This was a sports car in the style of British vehicles of the 1950s, the car was first designed by Mark Goyette in 1975. The chassis came from the triumph TR series. Various engines up to 2500 cc from British Leyland powered the vehicles. 

By 1984 ended the production.
