Carlson Motor Vehicle Company was an early American manufacturer of Commercial motor vehicles and cars. The brand name was Carlson.
History
Charles A. Carlson had connections to the Winton Motor Carriage Company. He founded an auto repair shop in the summer of 1903, and in January 1904 the Carlson Motor Vehicle Company in Brooklyn, New York. Even in 1904 began the production of passenger cars and commercial vehicles such as 3 ton trucks.
The only car model had a four-cylinder four - stroke engine with 20 hp. The chassis had 229 cm wheelbase. The only known body shape was an open runabout.
1904 ended the car and in 1911 the truck production.
