The Suzuki Vitara first generation or as the Sidekick is an off-road vehicle of the Japanese automobile, motorcycle and marine producer Suzuki .
History
This was from the summer of 1988 ,available as a convertible or with steel roof and had a 1.6-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine.
In the fall of 1990 Suzuki supplemented this version with a five-door variant with 28 cm longer wheelbase, which was also referred to as Vitara Long . From its 16-valve gasoline engine with 71 kW (97 hp) benefited from 1995, the three-door.
