The Morris FE was a 5 and 7 ton truck manufactured by Morris Commercial , part of the British Morris Motor Company , from 1955 to 1959.
History
In 1955 The series II FV was now offered as the FE , designated as the series III with revised now all steel cab and improved drivers seat. Technically, there were little changes to the previous model externally.
The vehicles of the two brands Morris and Austin were aligned, the models differed only by the name and emblems.As a successor to the Austin Loadstar added a variant with a payload of seven tons. This type was sold only under the name BMC FE on the dealer networks of Morris and Austin.
Avaliable with short wheelbase or long wheelbase foward control. Engines now a 5.1 OHV Diesel 5 cylinder and 4 litre petrol,with a 2 speed fuel saving rear axle as a optional extra.
