The engine produced 30 hp.With box-type ladder frame the front suspension as independent, wishbones, transverse leafspring, lever dampers at the rear rigid axle, transverse upper leafspring, trailing radius arms, lever dampers. The specified vehicle height is 151 cm.
On the right side, between the rear window and the trunk lid, was the fuel filler neck. The water cooled engine fitted with a Jikov 35 POH horizontal carburettor for the fuel mixture and 12 volt electrics with 37.5 Ah battery and 200 W dynamo. Instead of an ammeter, there is an ammeter on the instrument panel fuel level indicator in the tank. control light. The generator drive is located to the left of the speedometer. In Syrena 103, such a lightweight aesthetic visor was introduced plastic sun visor - cheaper to produce, better in operation (absorbs light rays).
