The second Ford Model B is a mid- size car, the only Ford of 1932 in the US and also in Cologne-Niehl by the German Ford Motor Company AG (from 1939: Ford-Werke AG) under the name Ford Rheinland as the successor to the model A was also produced and sold.

The car had a 4-cylinder in-line engine. In the same body, a V8 was also offered as a Ford Model 18 .Available in 2 door coupes and roadster, pick up, convertible and 4 door saloon variants

Model B was only produced in the USA in 1932. There were 71,829 built. Successor was almost identical Model C .Similar to the predecessors there was a parallel truck on the same basis with the name Ford Model BB .

Ford Rhineland was from 1935 also with the name of the Model B in Germany. From August 1933, all vehicles produced by Ford in Cologne bore the trademark "Deutsches Produnis". The model names were Germanized. Model B became the Ford Rhineland . The car had a 3286 cc (50 hp) four-cylinder in-line gasoline engine, a three-speed gearbox, and rear-wheel drive.In Germany 1784 model B and 5575 model from ForsRheinland were produced.

The coupe was also called Deuce Coupe and was a popular build as a hot rod . It was named after the Beach Boys Little Deuce Coupe and is referenced in Bruce Springsteen's Blinded by the Light .
