The Cadillac PF Jacqueline was a concept vehicle that introduced the Cadillac Division of General Motors at the Paris Motor Show in October 1961.
History
The designation was to honor the then First Lady of the USA, Jacqueline Bouvier-Kennedy .
The coupe was designed by Pininfarina and had a chrome grille over the entire vehicle width with the quad headlamps . finished in Ermine White, a Cadillac color. At its ends were, slightly offset upwards, used side by side twin headlights with a 130-inch wheelbase. In the middle below were small flashing lights. The sleek, no-frills design without tail fins should be typical of the 1960s.
The Jacqueline had no engine. It was simply a styling exercise and it never came to mass production. This orginal concept was later put on the road with a V-8 engine.
