History 

Alex Dearborn founded the company in 1967. In the same year began production of automobiles. There was a collaboration with Auto Dynamics from the same town. Vehicle production ended in 1971. A total of about 1,250 vehicles emerged. 

The company was active in the area of ​​restoration for many years until 2012.
