Hart-Parr Company was an American manufacturer of motor vehicles from the early part of the 20th century .The brand name was Hart-Parr .

History

Charles Hart and Charles Parr founded the company in 1901 in Charles City , Iowa . They at first made tractors . In 1908, a few passenger cars were built .  Parr left the company in 1917.1929, the merger with other companies to the Oliver Farm Equipment Company . The brand name was still used for some time.

The tractors had gasoline engines . They made between 22 and 111 hp .The only car model was a small runabout . This had a two-cylinder engine . The vehicles were intended for use by there sales travelers of their own company.
