The Doray, Inc. was an American automaker, which was only made in 1950 at Miami Springs Florida USA.

Doray, Inc. Built an unusual two-door roadster with three seats with fiberglass body based on the 1949 WILLYS JEEPSTER, from which also the six-cylinder in-line engine, a 2.4 -l or 2.6 -l Willys Lightning type. The bonnet was in the style of the Cord of 1937. The Fabric roof top is removable and is carried behind seats with spare wheel and tire.

the chassis is stock, the only body parts taken from the Jeepster are cowl, windshield and doors. Since the fenders left the front wheels barely enough space to hit, the front-wheel fairings turn with wheels and are broken and hinged at rear to allow full wheel travel.

Wheelbase is 104 ins. and overall length spans 178 ins. Road clearances 6 1/2 ins.
