Lister was a early British manufacturer of automobiles from the late  part of the 20th century. The brand name was Lister . 

History

Frank Lister,of Keighley built an early car British car .The company began in 1896 with the production of automobiles.  The export allegedly went as far as the East Indies. 

First, two-seater vehicles were created. In 1899 a tricycle followed. Its peculiarity was the crude  rotary engine or motor, applicable also as a rotary pump oil engine  with other road vehicle to be built would of been propelled by steam, oil, electric.

By 1899 ended the production.
