James A. Hands, Arthur B. Paine and J. Overton Paine founded the company in late 1900. The seat was in New York City . They wanted to build electric cars and operate bus lines with electric buses . in 1901 some electric cars were created.In October 1901, the bankruptcy began .
The electric cars were carved as runabouts . They resembled the models of the Baker Motor Vehicle Company . The original price was $1200 US .There were also experiments with steam cars
