 Kreider Machine Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles and farming machines in the 1900s. The brand name was K & M .

History 

The company was based in Lancaster , Pennsylvania . 1905 began under the direction of Enos K. Kreider the production of automobiles. In the same year ended the motor vehicle production. The company was dissolved in 1913 Production of small sit on traction engines also produced under the name Lancaster. 

The only model was a highwheeler with solid rubber tires . It had a two-cylinder engine in vehicle center. This made 18 hp and drove over a two-speed gearbox and a chain to the rear axle. The chassis had 259 cm wheelbase . The open body offered space for four on two benches. The rear bench could be removed for transporting goods. Unusually, the vehicle could also be used as a power source for equipment. Wood saws, water pumps and corn mills.
