The company was previous of the automobile division of the St. Louis Car Company . George J. Kobusch founded it in 1906 in St. Louis , Missouri . Also involved were WS Miller, George H. Mills and HJ Vogel. In the same year began the production of automobiles. Still 1906 ended the production.
After the St. Louis Car Company had little success in 1905 with a small runabout with a two-cylinder engine , now were larger and more powerful vehicles on offer. They had different four-cylinder engines and resembled the models of Mors.The Model A had a 20 hp engine. The chassis had 259 cm wheelbase . Superstructures are touted as touring cars with five seats and a demi- sedan .The Model B had a 35-horsepower engine, 269 cm wheelbase and was bodied as a sedan .The Model C was the top model. The engine made 50 hp. The wheelbase was 305 cm. The only body design was a Landaulet .
