Jarvis Engine Machine Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles in the early 1900s.The brand name was Jarvis .

History

The company was founded in 1872 as Lansing Iron Workswas based in Lansing , Michigan . It made accessories for automobiles. In 1902, six passenger cars were also built according to customer orders. Plans for regular automobile production were no longer implemented. After 1902, the track of the company loses. The steam cars built were open runabouts .
