The company was founded in 1894 in Geneva , New York . At first it made carriages . By 1899, a single motor vehicle was built then in 1910 began the production of commercial vehicles and 1920 that of passenger cars . At the time, MF Blaine was President, CC Blaine Vice President and RM Johnson Secretary and Manager. By 1921 ended production.
