Albert J. Farmer had previously gained experience in the automotive industry at Smith & Mabley Manufacturing Company , Rainier Motor Car Company, and Northway Motors Corporation . MM McIntyre previously worked for Coey Motor .
Model B 30-35 Roadster
Together they founded the company in Chicago in May 1915 in Illinois . They started producing automobiles in the former factory of the Staver Carriage Company . The brand name was Farmack . The sales went well at first.
Model R 30-35 Touring car
In 1916, Farmer found more investors from Chicago who were not happy with the name Farmack . A reorganization led to the Drexel Motor Corporation in the same city.The Engine a self-developed and manufactured four-cylinder engine with OHC valve control with 20hp.
