Cloyd Auto Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles built in 1911. The brand name was Cloyd. 

History

Percival C. Cloyd ran an auto repair shop in Nashville , Tennessee . In 1911 he founded a separate company for the production of automobiles. . In the same year the production ended. Overall, only a few vehicles made.

The cars on offer had a four-cylinder engine with 40 hp . This drove over a three-speed gearbox and a propeller shaft to the rear axle. The choice was touring car with 312 cm wheelbase and roadster and runabout with 279 cm wheelbase .
