Clipper Autocar Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles in the early part of the 20th century.The brand name was Clipper 

History

Elmer Pratt founded the company in 1902 in Grand Rapids , Michigan . For this he took over the Michigan Automobile Company from the same city. 

He continued the production of automobiles, which he marketed as Clipper built at the old Clipper bicycle plant. In the same year the production ended. Overall, only a few vehicles. The cars on offer included steam cars .
