Harry Eugene Luck had already designed a vehicle in 1910 called Chaparral . In 1911, the company was founded in Cleburne , Texas . Luck became president, EN Brown vice president, FL deal second vice president and RH Crank secretary. At the end of 1911 began the production of automobiles.
