In 1903 Charles Sefrin bought the company and renamed it Charles Sefrin & Company . The brand name initially remained unchanged.
At the beginning of 1904 a reorganization took place. The new name was Charles Sefrin Motor Carriage Company . The vehicles were now marketed as Sefrin . In 1905 the production ended.
