The company was founded in 1920 in Los Angeles , California . Edward Lawrence was Production Manager, Allison L. Tull Sales Manager and Robert J. Schefferly Chief Engineer. They started with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Californian Six . In May 1920, the first vehicle was in the sales room. In the same year the production ended. Overall, few complete vehicles , and some unfinished chassis.
Many parts were sourced from other companies. This included the six-cylinder engine from the Beaver Manufacturing Company . The wheelbase was 340 cm. Brown-Lipe transmission and clutch.There was a seven-seat touring car and a sporty Club Express with four seats.
