The company was founded in 1920 in Cicero , Illinois . In the spring of 1920 began the production of automobiles. Many parts were purchased. In November 1920, the bankruptcy began. 1921 ended production. In total, around 250 vehicles were created .with four and six cylinder engines, Grant lees gearbox and borg & Beck clutch.
