HA Spiller had already gained experience in automotive engineering at Pringst-Spiller Power & Auto Company and Spiller Motor Carriage Company . In the summer of 1902 he founded the company in Amesbury , Massachusetts . In the year began the production of automobiles. In November 1902, a vehicle was exhibited at the Mechanics Fair in Boston . During the exhibition, 15 orders were taken and a vehicle immediately to a person with disabilities. The plans for 1903 amounted to 200 vehicles. 1903 ended the production.
The offer included two models with a two-cylinder engine . The weaker had an engine with 8 hp . The open body had two seats plus two front folding seats. The vehicle weighed about 816 kg.
The stronger model had a 16-hp engine, a four-seater body and weighed about 1089 kg. One source states that although this model was listed, it is unclear whether such a vehicle was actually manufactured.
