Automobile Fore Carriage Company was an American manufacturer of automobiles in 1900 . The brand name was Automobile Fore Carriage.
Bergholtz, JWS Langeman, W. Haxelton, FH Rosse and EJ Paterson founded the company in West Virginia in February 1900 . However, the office and factory were in New York City . They acquired patent rights from Kühlstein in Germany and thus began producing automobiles. In the same year the production ended.
In principle, it was drive units that consisted of front axle, engine and power transmission. They were mostly installed in horse-drawn vehicles, where the drawbar was removed. At least two complete vehicles had been built.
