Swift Manufacturing Company

The WM Manufacturing Company from San Diego (California) manufactured from 1959 automobiles . The brand name was Swift . Later, Swift Manufacturing Company of El Cajon, California continued production. In 1960 the project was abandoned.
From Swift there were two models both the replica of the 1910 Ford Model T "swift T" , and the "Cat ", a replica of the Stutz Bearcat , each in around 75-80% of the original size and with thin wire spoke wheels wooden steering wheels but with more modern than the originals for the time 12volt electrics and wipers . The cars differ in their appearance, but build technique was the same. Both two-seat runabouts had 1676 mm wheelbase and were 2007 mm long.
They were driven by a single-cylinder engine from Clinton , of 136 cm³ capacity had and 3 hp (2.2 kW).
The selling price of the cars was US $ 795.00. From both of the models only around 100 made.
