Ron Ayers Classic Cars was an American manufacturer of automobiles  in the 1980s. The brand name was Ayers . 

History

Ron Ayers led the company based in Simpsonville , South Carolina . 1985 they produced automobiles and kit cars . 

Since 1991, the family Ayers operates the vehicle trade Classic Cars of South Carolina Inc. in Gray Court in the same state.

The only model was the replica of the AC Cobra dubbed "Tha Executive Cobra' The replica Cobra promises more everyday driveability and comfort than the original and many of its features include the turn-key Ayers car. 'With roll up windows, locking doors, and air conditioning A choice of standard or automatic transmission, With all-Ford drivetrain A Ford four-link, coil suspension rearend is used in place of standard Jag IRS, 
Inside Vinyl bucket seats, matching dashboard and door panels . 

The doors and the windshield came from MG Midget and the suspension of the Ford Mustang II  and a Ford V8 engine with 302 cubic inches with more practicality than on sportiness a automatic transmission was fitted.
