History
The Richmond brothers founded the company in 1895 in St. Johns , Michigan as a mechanical workshop. They produced from 1896 stationary engines. In 1900, a Mr. Holmes took over half of the company. 1902 began the production of automobiles. Plans initially amounted to ten vehicles. 1904 ended the production. In total, two or three vehicles were created. One of them was bought by a photographer from St. Johns.
