Olean Garage Company , previously Close Cycle Company and Close Cycle and Automobile Company , was an American manufacturer of vehicles The brand name was Close.

History

The brothers Frank and Fred Close operated since 1896 the Close Cycle Company for bicycle production in Olean in the US state of New York .

 In 1902 automobiles were added . In 1904, the company was renamed Close Cycle and Automobile Company and 1905 Olean Garage Company . The focus was now on the repair of vehicles. The was also distribution of vehicles of the Cartercar Company . In 1907 ended its own car production. In the last two years, five motor vehicles were created.
