The company from Schönenwerd was founded in 1981 as an auto repair shop. A little later followed the move to the Oltnerstrasse 53 in the same community. Theo Bloch acquired the production rights to the Minelli TF 1800 nostalgic vehicle from Minelli AG in Pfäffikon . This was a replica of the MG TF from 1953.
