History

Ryszard Barnert and Jerzy Kwiatkowski founded the company in Katowice in 1993 and started producing automobiles in . In 1995, production ended when the partners split up. Jerzy Kwiatkowski then founded Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowania i Budowy Prototypów J. i J. Kwiatkowski .

The only model was a kit car . The open body made of aluminum in the style of the 1930s could accommodate two people. Many parts of the FSO Polonez were used.
