The Geelong company originally produced agricultural and mining equipment. 1903 began the production of buses and commercial vehicles . 1904 was a car. The brand name was Humble . In 1933, Buckingham & Ward Motors took over the company.
The only vehicle was presented in 1904 at the Melbourne Road Show . A single-cylinder engine from De Dion-Bouton propelled the vehicle. The open tonneau body with rear door offered space for four people.
