Barry Leitch initially produced a sports car for their own use. He received orders for the construction of these vehicles.So he founded the company in Invercargill and started with the production of automobiles avaliable as a kit, partially built, or fully road registered. Until 1996 a quantity of more than 50 vehicles built.
