The Mitsubishi Freeca is an MPV for the Asian market and is built in Taiwan , China and the Philippines , where it is known as Mitsubishi Adventure . It was first presented on September 11, 1997. In 2005, the 50000th Adventure was produced in the Philippine factory.
In Indonesia , it was produced until 2005 as Mitsubishi Kuda and also produced as Mitsubishi Jolie for Vietnam .
The Chinese company Soueast manufactures the model as Souca Freeca and Mitsubishi Freeca .
For the South African market, CKD vehicles are produced in Cape Town and marketed as Africar Landio and Africar Jockey .
