Gunnar Haberstroh, Peter Karg and Ernst-August Walter founded the company in Nuremberg at the end of 1985 , taking over Red Stallion from the USA. In the same year began the production of automobiles. The brand name was Stallion . The sale was made by the dealership Schmidt. 1990, the company moved to Fürth. In 2001 production ended.
The company produced a replica of the AC Cobra. On a trellis frame a body made of fiberglass was mounted. A V8 engine from Chevrolet with 5700 cc displacement and 300 hp performance. The maximum speed was stated at 255 km / h.
