Rivo (Rivo Gesellschaft für Verkehrsmittel mbH)
The Rivo society for transport was a German manufacturer of automobiles in the 1920s.
The company from Schwäbisch Gmünd began in 1920 with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Rivo , derived from the name of the builder Richard Vogt . A vehicle was presented in 1921 at the Berlin Motor Show. In the same year ended the production. The vehicles aroused great attention due to their construction, but could only be sold in small numbers.
The only model was a four-wheeled small car . The special feature was the drive. In the rear of the vehicles was an obliquely upward screw axis, propeller drive. Thus, there was no drive to an axis.
