The company Industrie- und Handels-Gesellschaft mbH from Dusseldorf started in 1921 with the production of automobiles . In 1922 the production ended again.
The offer included three-wheelers with single front wheel. One model had an electric motor . The maximum speed was given at 25 km, and the range at 60 km. The model 2/4 hp had a gasoline engine , which drove the rear wheels. The vehicles were offered as one-seater and two-seater.
