The company was founded in 1894 for the production of bicycles. Between 1900 and 1902 also created automobiles. The brand name was Hammonia . In 1904, the company offered bicycles.
The only motorized model was a tricycle . The air-cooled single-cylinder engine probably came from De Dion-Bouton and was mounted in the rear.
