Linkker 

Linkker is a Finnish bus manufacturer. The company develops and manufactures lightweight aluminum construction buses in Villähde, Finland.

History

The company was formed in 2007 from a research project for emission free, electric city bus systems. In 2011, the first electric bus was completed. The body made of lightweight aluminum allows low weight and good energy efficiency; the light battery can be quickly charged to the roof on the bus route charging stations (3 minutes for a further 15 km)  so that the battery weight can be kept relatively low.

In April 2017, around 20 Linkker buses were already in regular use in Finland and Denmark; there were orders for about 300 other vehicles.
