Odense; Denmark 1900 to 1918

Thrige was a Danish manufacturer of automobiles and trucks from the early part of the 20th century .

Thrige History

The company Thomas B. Thrige AS from Odense began in about 1900 with the production of trucks and 1909 with the production of automobiles. 1918 production was stopped. In 1917, Anglo-Dane , Jan and Thrige joined the De forenede automobile manufacturers to offer trucks under the name Triangel until 1945 .

Some vehicles were fitted with slider motor from Daimler Motor Company . In addition, there was from 1914 the model 4/12 HP with a four-cylinder engine from Ballot , of which alone in 1914 50 copies were made, and the 8/22 HP , also with built-in motor from Ballot.
