Waverley
 was a British automobile brand, which was manufactured 1901-1904 by the Scottish Motor Co. in Edinburgh a branch of The New Rossleigh Cycle and Motor Co who trying to diversify in to the popular Automotive world .

The only model, the 9 hp , was powered by a 0.95-liter water-cooled single-cylinder engine.

At tthe time although the cars were quite popular in the area around Edinburgh, but because they could not produce larger numbers they could not prevail in other parts of the country.
