Rennie & Prosser Ltd. was a British manufacturer of automobiles in 1911.

History

The company from Glasgow began in 1911 with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Cotton . The client was the Cotton Motor Car Company Ltd.managed by Alfred Cotton . from Brisbane , which also took the vehicles and sold them in Australia . In the same year the production ended. In total, about 15 vehicles were created.

The vehicles were intended for use in rough terrain and therefore had a high ground clearance. A four-cylinder engine from White & Poppe with OHV valve control and 24 hp power drove the vehicles. The curb weight was given as 1323 kg.
