 Coldwell Engineering and Racing Ltd. was a British manufacturer of sports automobiles in the 1960s. 

History

Bill Needham founded the company in Sheffield as a tuning company in the 1960s . 1967 began the production of automobiles. The brand name was Coldwell . 1969 ended the car production. In total, about six copies were made.  It is not known when the company was dissolved.

The only model was the GT . This was a two-seater coupe that was suitable for both road and racing. A four-cylinder engine from the Mini was mounted in mid-engine construction.
