History
The Manchester company was initially a vehicle dealer. 1904 began the production of automobiles. The brand name was Manchester , unofficially Manch-Aster . In 1905 the production ended. As a dealer, the company was still active. The successor company Newton & Bennett imported from 1910 vehicles of a Italian manufacturer .
The company purchased built-in motors from Aster . The engines offered either 8, 10, 14, 20 or 30 hp . The engine power was transmitted by means of chains to the rear axle
