Beacon Motors Ltd.

Automotive manufacturer of Liphook Surrey.Great Britain from 1912 to 1914.

The Beacon Motors Ltd. was a British automaker in Liphook (Surrey) . From 1912 two models were produced there.

The Beacon 10 hp was equipped with a V2 engine , which had a capacity of 1248 cc. The open car with 2286 mm wheelbase was of conventional design, but had a construction of plaited reeds.

1914, the car received a slightly smaller 8 hp Jap engine with 1089 cc with friction drive. Thus, the vehicle was considered a cycle car . In the same year, the less successful vehicle disappeared from the market due to the war.
