AE Parnacott was a British automobile manufacturer that was established 1913-1920 in Penge (Kent).
1913 was the first prototype 3 ½ HP. It was equipped with an air-cooled engine installation of FN.
In 1920 there was a second prototype, this was ahead of its time: The drive used was a water-cooled four-cylinder sleeve-valve engine Knight system with 1478 cc capacity. All wheels were individually suspended.
