Abais Buggy Indústria e Comércio Ltda. was a Brazilian manufacturer of automobiles . 

Company History 

The company from Aracaju began in 1987 with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Abais .  There were sales outlets in Belo Horizonte , Maceió , Recife and Salvador .

The offer included VW buggies . The base optionally formed the shortened chassis from Volkswagen Beetle or the VW Brasilia . Then an open body was made of fiberglass mounted.  At the front, rectangular headlamps and vented hood. 

By 1995 ended the production.
